While most of this screen is reasonably intuitive, there are some things that need to be emphasized.

1. Racer # must be a pure number and must be unique. Racer 1A is NOT allowed, nor are two Racer number 1's allowed. If you enter the Racers on this screen BEFORE you give out Racer #'s, then the system will automatically generate unique numbers for you. Just click on Add and the lowest available new number will appear.
2. To move between fields, use the TAB key (upper left on your keyboard.)
3. You have not selected a division unless the background of the division field is BLUE. Division is a drop down list that you must pick from. You can't type in your own name. Division repeats when you Add a new Racer, so if you enter all the Racers from one division at the same time, you can simply tab past this field (it will already be blue.)
4. Racer #, Division, First Name, Last Name and Sponsor all appear on the Race Screen and in many reports.
5. You must have between 4 and 196 Racers per Division (no more than 64 in our Standard model) or Heat Sheets cannot be generated for that division.
